Send Photos of Your Project

The fastest way to get an accurate quote is to send us clear photos of your furniture or space. Show us the current condition, any damage, and the overall piece. The more detail, the better.

Receive a Custom Estimate

Within 24 hours, we'll review your photos and send you a detailed estimate covering materials, labor, and timeline. We'll also suggest fabric options and design ideas if you'd like guidance.

All quotes are no-obligation. We're happy to answer questions before you commit.

Approve & Pay 50% Deposit

Once you're happy with the quote and design direction, approve the project and pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot in our production schedule. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

We accept e-transfer, credit card, and cash.

Production (3–6 Week Timeline)

This is where the craft happens. We source your selected materials, prepare the piece, and execute the upholstery work with precision. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Complex projects or custom fabric orders may extend the timeline — we'll always communicate clearly.

Delivery or Pickup

Once your piece is complete and quality-checked, you can pick it up from our studio or arrange delivery. We'll make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Is the 50% deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. We recommend confirming all details before approving the project.
